We understand that plans change! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can receive a refund for home food delivery orders placed on our website.

Full Refunds:

Cancellation before preparation: You will receive a full refund for your order if you cancel your booking at least 1 hour before the preparation of your meal begins. This includes the meal price and any applicable convenience fees.

Order cancellation by the home chef: If the home chef cancels your order, you will receive a full refund, including convenience fees. We will notify you of the cancellation via email and initiate the refund process automatically.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties while placing your order on our website resulting in a duplicate booking or an incorrect order, a full refund will be issued, including convenience fees. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Partial Refunds:

Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the meal preparation will be subject to a cancellation fee. The refund amount will be 30% of the meal price. Convenience fees will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items:

Convenience fees: Convenience fees are a non-refundable service charge that covers the cost of processing your order.

Promotional offers: Orders placed using certain promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions regarding refunds. Please refer to the offer details for clarification.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-4 days.
