We understand that plans change! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can receive a refund for movie tickets booked on our website.

Full Refunds:

Cancellation before showtime: You will receive a full refund for your movie tickets if you cancel your booking at least 1 hours before the scheduled showtime. This includes the ticket price and any applicable convenience fees.

Movie showtime cancellation: If the movie showtime is cancelled by the cinema, you will receive a full refund for your tickets, including convenience fees. We will notify you of the cancellation via email and initiate the refund process automatically.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties while booking your tickets on our website resulting in a duplicate booking or an incorrect booking, a full refund will be issued, including convenience fees. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Partial Refunds:

Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 1 hours of the showtime will be subject to a cancellation fee. The refund amount will be 30% of the ticket price. Convenience fees will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items:

Convenience fees: Convenience fees are a non-refundable service

charge that covers the cost of processing your ticket booking. Promotional offers: Tickets purchased using certain promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions regarding refunds. Please refer to the offer details for clarification. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
